hardwareswap Sonic 3 - The REAL Drowning Theme

The drowning theme in Sonic 3, and Sonic & Knuckles has been lying to you. It has an extra FM track, that never gets to play due to a programming oversight. For this video, I made a fixed version that plays the extra channel. In technical terms, the game sets a flag in the song to not "note-on" every note in the sequence. This ensures, that the notes play smoothly. Well, the issue is, if the first note is also told to play like this, it wont actually play any notes. With my fix, the first note will never have this flag set.

Simply, the intended version of the drowning theme is this, but due to the above mentioned glitch, it is lacking something. If you want to play using this modification, I've listed the game genie codes below:
